Where we ship

Worldwide. We ship to almost every country. Where a destination cannot be served reliably, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days, then handed to the carrier. Most orders are delivered within 14 days of dispatch.

Delivery depends on the carrier and on customs clearance in your country, so treat that as an estimate rather than a promise. Remote destinations, public holidays and peak periods can all add time.

In any event we deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest. If we cannot, you may cancel for a full refund.

Customs and import duty

Depending on where you are, your order may attract customs duties, import taxes or handling fees on arrival. These charges are set by your own country's authorities, are not included in what you pay us, and are your responsibility as the importer. We cannot calculate them in advance and we cannot refund them.

Orders with more than one item

An order containing more than one item may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you.

When your order ships

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel is dispatched. See Track Your Order.
