Silensea started with one simple idea.
Rest shouldn’t depend on how quiet the world decides to be.
Why we exist
Noise is a problem most people just learn to live with. A partner who snores. A street that never quite goes quiet. An office where every conversation lands on your desk. It costs people sleep at night and concentration during the day, and the usual answers are poor ones - foam plugs you throw away every morning, or headphones you can’t lie down in.
We started Silensea to sell the two things that actually deal with it. Earplugs you can turn down rather than simply switch off, so one pair covers falling asleep, focusing at work and getting through a flight. And a sleep mask that blocks light and cools, because a dark room isn’t always enough - sometimes what’s keeping you awake is heat, or eyes that have been on a screen since morning.
Quiet and darkness are not luxuries. They are just hard to come by, and they should not be complicated to buy.
What we make
Two things, chosen carefully rather than a catalogue of everything.
Adjustable earplugs
Three levels in one pair. Take the edge off an open-plan office, or turn them all the way up for a flight.
Cooling sleep mask
Contoured satin that blocks the light, with a reusable gel pack in the box for tired eyes.
How we work

We say what things are
Our sleep mask is polyester satin, not silk, and the product page says so. Materials, weight and what is in the box are listed plainly, not buried.

No numbers we cannot stand behind
We do not publish noise-reduction figures we have not tested. Three adjustable levels, described honestly, is what we can tell you.

No invented reviews
We do not write reviews or testimonials, and we do not buy them. When there are none yet, we would rather show none.
