What’s in the sleep mask box?
The sleep mask ships in the same size box, made for travel.
- 1 Silensea contoured sleep mask in satin
- 1 reusable gel pack - chill it for tired eyes, or warm it at the end of a long day
- An adjustable elastic strap with a buckle that sits flat against the pillow

Where do you ship?
Worldwide. We ship to almost every country - Europe, the UK, North and South America, Asia, Australia and beyond.
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days, then handed to the carrier. Most orders are delivered within 14 days of dispatch.
Delivery depends on the carrier and on customs clearance in your country, so treat that as an estimate rather than a promise. In any event we deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest - if we cannot, you may cancel for a full refund. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for any reason, provided it is unused, in its original packaging with any seal intact, and complete with all its parts.
You also have a 14-day right to change your mind from the day your order arrives, wherever you are in the world. Tell us within those 14 days, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
You pay the postage to send it back. Once your return reaches the return address we give you, we refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used.
For hygiene reasons, earplugs whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for change of mind. That does not affect your rights if something arrives damaged or faulty - we will replace it and we pay the postage. Email silenseaproduction@gmail.com and we will walk you through it.
How do I find my right size?
Each pair comes with interchangeable ear tips in several sizes. Start with the middle size - if it feels loose, or you can still hear clearly through it, move up a size. A correct fit seals gently, without pressure.
How do I clean them?
Rinse the silicone tips in warm water with a little mild soap, let them air-dry completely, then store them in the case. Avoid alcohol and boiling water.
